Where is the studio located?

-The studio is located on a quiet residential street in Kemah. The address is 1015 Lewis Dr Kemah, TX 77565

Where do we park?

-Primary parking is located on the gravel pad behind the studio. Overflow parking can be in the driveway under the carport but do not block entrance to backyard. There is NO PARKING on the street or in front of neighboring houses, you will be towed by the city of Kemah. It is your responsibility to inform your clients of parking rules before your session. Thank you!

 

Where do we enter for our session? 

- All sessions may enter through the front door. The porch and Loft areas are located directly up the stairs. Boudoir is downstairs first door on your left.

Is the studio private?

-Multiple renters may book a separate room at one time. The boudoir room has a lock on the inside of the door. All other rooms are open visually to other renters. If you wish for complete privacy please contact us for more information.

Are decorations or wall hanging allowed?

- You are welcome to bring any props to the studio, keep in mind it is a second story and you may need to bring assistance. Sprouts Studios provides a few furniture pieces and props you may use. These are located upstairs in the far back corner of The Loft. We also allow command hooks and thumbtacks on the wall. I understand some walls are textured. Please contact us if you need to hang props and we will do our best to help you out!

Do you allow pets?

- We do allow pets anywhere in the studio. There is a small pet fee that you must add upon booking. We ask that you please be respectful and clean up any mess your pet makes and alert us if any damage has been done. If any animal will be on any furniture piece we require you to lay down a blanket first.
